Adolescence is intense: Everyone wants to know what you’re doing after high school. You want to figure out where you fit into the world. You know that everything is about to change, but you’re not quite sure how. There are a lot of huge life decisions to make and big questions to grapple with, and you’re the only one with the answers.
We created Changing Tides to offer what we wished for in high school: a place to find trustworthy, relatable adults who could provide guidance without telling you what to do, who could listen without judging, and who could help you find new ways to handle hard moments.

Our mission statement
Our mission is to equip teens and young adults with the confidence, direction, and clarity necessary to move successfully into adulthood. We believe that adolescence is a time of huge change and enormous opportunity – suddenly, childhood is almost over, and questions about who you are, what’s important to you, and how you want to create a meaningful life for yourself are paramount. We value honest communication, the wisdom of your lived experience, and the importance of taking risks and making mistakes along the way as you develop into the person you want to be.
